This plan and information is OUTDATED and represents a previous developer and plans.
being developed by 2008 FL Recovery Limited Partnership. It includes links to Port Charlotte County Commissioner and Planning & Zoning Board meetings held in the last 5 weeks where the Harbor Village development was 1) reviewed by the planning committee, and 2) the high-level plan was subsequently approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
